In Motorsport world, talent counts. But it is not enough on its own. You need method, preparation and someone who knows how to direct it in the right way. It is with this idea that DC Coaching & Management was born, a project by Daniele Cazzaniga, with the support and supervision of his father Nicola and his brother Riccardo.
The goal is clear: follow drivers on a journey to be professional. A project for Gentlemen Drivers and at the same time for young drivers who want to start a racing career in Motorsport. Everything followed by a technical and structured approach that starts from the basics and develops on all aspects of modern Motorsport.
The full experience of Coaching & Management, it’s inside and outside the track: the strength of DC Coaching & Management is the 360-degree approach. Each path is customized based on the needs of the driver, starting from the first tests we will analyze every detail: driving position, analysis of On Board videos, work on the behavior of the car, on the interpretation of the track and on the race management. But it does not end there, today being a driver also means knowing how to manage communication, sponsors and the planning of your career. The off-track support that DC Coaching & Management offers is based on the financial, media and sporting management of a driver’s career. We are talking about press reviews, contacts with the Teams, planning of activities and support in finding the economic resources necessary to participate in a championship.
With over 15 years of experience in Motorsport, with the participation in the most prestigious and competitive championships in Europe and world, such as Porsche Mobil1 Supercup and GT World Challenge, we are ready to put our experience at the service of those who dream of living the life of a driver.
