The sportsman

Body...

Motorsport is a sport like any other, I train from 3 to 5 times a week, in the gym, with racing bike and swimming to keep the shape. A few people have experienced the stresses or really imagine what it means to drive a race car, whether it’s for a lap, half an hour or more hours in a row.
You have to be prepared and trained to know how to use your head and body in the right way, so I consider myself an athlete and at the same time I consider athletes all professional racedrivers.

… and head.

Mental training is also very important as it is in all individual sports, in Motorsport you must be ready and lucid to make timely decisions that can affect your lap or your race. The concentration levels are very high and you must know how to train with the right intensity to be ready for any eventuality or unexpected events.
Performance is built from solid foundations and training is one of them.
