FOR WHOM?
Access is open to everyone, from Gentlemen Drivers and amateur racers who have already spent many kilometers on track with road or racing cars.
WHEN?
Track days are from February to November and are designed to experience the adrenaline rush of driving real racing cars.
HOW?
Starting from the smaller tracks, the goal is to analize driving skills with every detail: driving position, knowledge of the circuit and the car, Onboard camera footage and telemetry data after each session. Step by step, the driver will progress to some of the most beautiful and technical tracks in Italy and Europe, with the opportunity to take part in a real race weekend.

Every driver’s journey is different and is analyzed based on his skills and needs.
That’s why alongside Coaching, I use the term Management: to ensure that the drivers with i work has the best possible sporting experience.
Each track session is carefully evaluated using telemetry, onboard cameras, and coach feedback. Detailed data analysis helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, optimizing driving skill, racing lines, and car setup.
The Coach follows you step by step throughout the race weekends: from Friday’s practice sessions to Saturday’s qualifying until race on Sunday. By coordinating strategies, technical briefings, and on-track support, the goal is to let you focus entirely on driving and achieving the best possible result.
Together with the coach, you build a professional Motorsport journey, setting short and long-term goals, deciding which category to race in, and selecting the right team. Strategic planning is essential for turning passion and talent into concrete, progressive results.
The Coach acts as a Manager, handling communication, integration, and collaboration. Building strong relationships with teams is essential for accessing opportunities, gaining experience, and growing as a professional racedriver.
From contract negotiation support to finding and managing sponsors, the coach provides guidance to protect your interests. This allows you to focus on driving while the contractual and commercial aspects are handled professionally.
Driving at the highest level requires both body and mind to be ready to perform in any moment. The Coach offers physical and mental training programs, along with simulator sessions, to approach every race with energy and maximum focus.
