A successful weekend came to a close at Imola
for DC Coaching & Management, thanks to a podium finish
achieved by Andrea Galli in his debut race in the 2025
Porsche Sports Cup Suisse. The result, secured at the wheel of the BeDriver
team’s car, highlights the progress made by the driver in his development
journey within the program led by Daniele Cazzaniga.
In his first race weekend at the wheel of the 911
992 GT3 Cup, Andrea Galli delivered a top-level performance, supported by
the experience of his coach Daniele Cazzaniga, who was his
right-hand man throughout the weekend held at the circuit named after Enzo and
Dino Ferrari. The standout result of the weekend undoubtedly came in Race
1: after qualifying in a strong fifth position, Galli made an aggressive
move at the start to overtake one of his rivals and then drove the #236
Porsche of the BeDriver team to a third-place finish. An
impressive achievement in the Porsche Sports Cup Suisse, especially
considering the level of experience among the other drivers on the grid.
Unfortunately, a collision during the
formation lap of Race 2 prevented Galli from repeating his performance
in the second race of the weekend. Nonetheless, it takes nothing away from the
outstanding debut he delivered.
The Imola weekend already shows a winning
combination between Andrea and Daniele, laying strong foundations for
promising future prospects.
Andrea Galli shared his reflections after the weekend
in Imola:
“It was a really intense weekend for my debut in the Porsche Sports Cup Suisse. From Friday onwards, we followed a detailed work plan, which came together in an optimal setup thanks to the engineer and mechanic from Team BeDriver and my coach, Daniele Cazzaniga. The car felt great; in Race 1 I had a strong start, gained positions immediately, and we didn’t let the safety car phases affect our focus. We worked as a team and secured a historic podium. It’s a shame we couldn’t show our potential in Race 2 as well, but overall, this weekend proves the strength of the project we’ve started. I want to thank Daniele Cazzaniga and Team BeDriver for their great support throughout the weekend.”
Coach Daniele Cazzaniga of DC Coaching & Management added:
“The weekend went really well. For me, perfection doesn’t exist—but in this case, Andrea came very close! After solid performances in qualifying, there was no better way to cap it off than stepping onto the podium in his debut race in the Porsche Sports Cup Suisse. I’m truly proud of this result. It shows the quality of our work and gives us great confidence heading into the next events.”
